It's been a while since I have wrote any tutorials let alone make a tag....I finally got my mojo back and will making tags and writing them up real soon....Please be patient with me!

OK let's get started

Drop Shadow used for all Layers V & H 2 Opacity 30 Blur 5.00

Open Template->Shift D to Duplicate->Close the Original

Go to Image Canvas Size 650x650

Flood fill background layer white
Delete the copyright and word art layer

Select Star 1 Layer ->Select All Float->Defloat

C/P Paper 7 as a new layer->Selections Invert->Delete->Select none

Delete the original layer → Colorize to match your tube
Select Star 2 Layer ->Select All Float->Defloat

C/P Paper 4 as a new layer->Selections Invert->Delete->Select none

Delete the original layer → Colorize to match your tube
Apply Eyecandy 4000 Gradient Glow to both star layers
Fat Black (3.00 25 100)
Leave the Music Note layer black and apply Gradient Glow Fat (White)
C/P record from the kit → resize by 65% 3 times → colorize and place in the
center of your tag → apply Mura's copies (Spiral) with default settings
place above background layer → resize by 90%
C/P notepaper from the kit → resize by 65% twice
colorize → image free rotate left 25 degrees and place below music note layer
C/P star 2 from the kit → resize by 65% three times → colorize
place at the bottom left corner of the note paper
With a font of choice → size 36 → type out the words
“I wanna be a Rock Star”
convert to raster → image free rotate left 25 degrees and place on the note paper

C/P any other elements of your choice from the kit

Drop Shadow all layers
Resize your image with all layers checked by 85%
C/P tube of your choice and drop shadow

Add your name and copyright info

Save as JPEG or PNG
(If you are saving as a PNG file delete the background layer)

C/P frame 5 from the kit → New Layer → Select inside your frame
modify expand by 6 → flood fill with color or paper of your choice
C/P heart with wings 2 as a new layer → resize by 65% 3 times → place where
desired on your tag
C/P Rock word art as a new layer → image resize by 65% twice → place where
desired on your tag
C/P layered stars 1 and 2 as new layers → image resize by 50% twice → place
where desired on your tag
C/P heart flourish as a new layer → image rezise by 50% twice → image free
rotate 15 degrees left → place at the top of the frame
C/P music notes 1, 2, and 3 as new layers → resize by 50% twice → place where
desired on your tag
C/P arrow 2 as a new layer → resize by 45% place below frame layer → duplicate and place
above your frame layer → erase the parts that you don't want showing
C/P tubes as new layers below your frame layer → erase parts that you don't want showing
C/P paper of your choice from the kit → load mask of your choice → merge group

OK let's get started

Open the template in PSP → Shift D to duplicate
Close the original and delete the copyright layers, left squares and right squares layers

Image Canvas Size 700x700 (you can crop it down later)
Flood fill your background with white
Select your center back layer → c/p paper 25 as new layer → select inside
your frame layer → modify expand by 6 and delete the excess paper
delete the original center back layer
Select your left back layer → c/p paper 28 as new layer → select inside
your frame layer → modify expand by 6 and delete the excess paper
delete the original left back layer
Select your right back layer → c/p paper 28 as new layer → select inside
your frame layer → modify expand by 6 and delete the excess paper
delete the original right back layer
Add a new raster layer and fill with a color from your tube
Select inside all of your frame layers → modify expand by 6 and delete the excess
move to the layer above your background layer
Change the blend mode to all of your paper layers to Luminance (L)
Add Eyecandy4000 with the settings above to all of your Frame Layers
Leave your bottom back layer black
C/P the tree from Lacarolita's kit as new layer → resize by 65% 3 times
place up under your left frame layer → duplicate image mirror → place under the
right frame layer
C/P the mansion and gate from the same kit → resize by 50% twice
and place under the center back frame
C/P any other elements from the kits and resize to your liking
Add a new layer above your background and flood fill with a color
of choice and add a mask of choice
C/P a tube of choice and place where desired on your tag
Drop Shadow all Layers with the settings from above
Add your name and copyright info
Resize your tag by 85% all layers checked

Save as JPEG or PNG

Drop Shadow used for all

Layers V & H 1 Opacity 40 Blur 3.00
Open Frame 1 from the Kit → Shift D to duplicate → Resize by 85% 2 Times
Layers → New Raster Layer → Select inside your frame → Modify expand by 5
Copy and Paste Paper 5 into selection → Select None
Copy and Paste Bling Element 2 as a new layer →

Resize by 65% 2 Times Paste above paper layer
Change the Blend Mode to Soft Light
Copy and Paste String of Roses → Resize by 65% 2 times place at bottom of the frame →
Duplicate → Image Free Rotate 90 degrees left/right → place on the side of the Frame → Duplicate and Mirror it to make a Frame of Roses on your original Frame
Copy and Paste Tube of Choice under the Frame Layer and Above the Bling Element
→ Erase off any excess
Copy and Paste Candles, Cushion, Ring and Shoes as new layers
→ Resize by 65% then to a size appropriate for your taste
Copy and Paste any other elements of your choice from the kit
New Raster Layer → Select All → Copy and Paste Paper 6 into Selection
Load Mask from Disk
Source Luminance → Fit to Layer → Hide all Mask → Invert Transparency All Checked
Copy and Paste the Word Art from the Kit and Resize to a Size that you are happy with

Drop Shadow all layers

Add your name and copyright info

Save as JPEG or PNG

New Image 650 x 650 ( You can resize later)

From the kit C/P rr_frame 2 as a new layer → Resize 85% Smart Size

Add a new layer → Select inside the frame with your magic wand → Modify
expand by 4 → Flood fill your new layer with Black

DO NOT DESELECT

C/P Misted Image under your frame layer and above the Black layer
Selections Invert → Delete off the excess → Select None → Change the Blend Mode
to Luminance (L) and lower the opacity to 65

C/P Headstone (rr_element1) as a new layer → resize to 85% or a size to your liking
Place in the bottom left corner of your tag (See tag for reference)

C/P the Skull (rr_element7) as a new layer → resize to your liking → image free
rotate right 20 degrees and place where desired (See tag for reference)

C/P the Ghost (rr_element10) as a new layer → resize by 85% twice →
place below your frame and above your misted image → Apply Eyecandy4000 with
the settings from above (See tag for reference)

This is where the Creative Part comes in....
C/P any elements of choice and place as desired

I added Brushes to separate layers for my Moon, Bats, and Misc Items I used
on the windows of the Haunted House Image

Drop Shadow all Layers with the settings from above

Add your name and copyright info

Save as JPEG or PNG
