Supplies Needed:
2 Tubes of Choice
Font used A & S Black Swan
Eyecandy 4000 (Optional)
Weescotslass Mask333
I used WSL mask333 included HERE
Scrap Kit used was Sexy Cool @ Simply Sensational Scraps

OK let's get started
Drop Shadow used for all Layers
V & H 1
Opacity 40
Blur 3.00
Open New Image 600x600
Copy and Paste Frame 2 from the kit > resize by 85%
Select inside the frame with your selection tool > modify expand by 5
Copy and Paste paper 6 from the kit as a new layer
selections > invert > delete > de-select > drop shadow frame layer
Copy and Paste frame 3 from the kit > resize by 50% >
image free rotate > 15 degrees right > drop shadow
Select inside the frame with your selection tool > modify expand by 5
Copy and Paste paper 5 as a new layer
selections > invert > delete >do not de-select yet
Copy and Paste a close up of your tube of choice under the frame layer
Delete to remove excess > selections none > drop shadow
Add elements of your choice from the kit > drop shadow all of them
Add a new raster layer fill with color from your tube
Arrange>Send to Bottom
Load mask from disk > Source Luminance Checked
Fit to Layer > Hide all Mask Checked
Merge Group
Repeat steps above with a different color from tube > image resize 90% > image free rotate 90 degrees Left
Copy and Paste your tube as new layer > layers duplicate > move the copy under the frame layer > use your selection tool to remove parts that you don't want shown >
repeat same steps on the original tube layer > drop shadow copy only
Add your name and copyright info
I used Eyecandy 4000 Gradient Glow > Thin > Color from tube on my name
Save as JPEG or PNG
